Examples of psychoactive substances include drugs like caffeine (stimulants), alcohol (depressants), marijuana (cannabinoids), MDMA (empathogens), and psilocybin mushrooms (psychedelics)

We use psychoactive to refer to the effects that kanna (sceletium tortuosum) produces as an emapthogen (a classification of psychoactive substance). Learn more about kanna here.

Refunds + Returns 

We love our products and hope you do too! If you are not 100% happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed. This refund policy applies to orders placed on funguy.com only, and it is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue for you. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
