General Shipping Information:
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Important Notes:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.
Ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Processing Time:All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of acceptance. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., sales events, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping time starts from when orders are shipped, not when orders are placed.
Shipping speeds are not guaranteed.
Shipping Location:All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada
Shipping Method:We ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout. In summer months, chocolate is required to be shipped with express shipping. Failure to select releases Fun Guy's liability to melted orders.
Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer standard shipping across the U.S.
Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Rates and estimated delivery times for shipping are provided at checkout, and estimated from time of processing, not time of order placement. -
To keep your chocolate fresh and melt-free, we require Express Shipping on all chocolate orders placed between May and September. Chocolate is sensitive to heat, and standard shipping does not guarantee it will arrive in good condition during warmer months.
To be eligible for any replacement or coverage due to melting, you must select both Express Shipping and Route Package Protection at checkout. Orders placed without one or both of these options are not eligible for refunds or replacements if products arrive melted or heat-damaged.
We also recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly (like a home or office) and avoiding P.O. boxes or leaving packages in hot mailboxes.

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against theft, damage, or loss during transit. If you choose to decline this coverage, please note that Fun Guy is not liable for any issues that may occur once your package has shipped. By opting out of Route, you accept full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international destinations.
For Canadian orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your Fun Guy order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Fun Guy is not liable for delays due to customs processing or for any packages refused or returned due to unpaid import fees.
