  • During the summer months, we highly recommend choosing the "Express" shipping option to ensure your chocolate arrives safely and unmelted.

    If you opt for "Economy" shipping, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential melting due to heat. By choosing this option, you release Fun Guy from any responsibility and waive your right to a refund or replacement.

  • If you select "Express" shipping and your chocolate arrives melted, you must notify us within 24 hours of the stated delivery time to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

    Please provide a photo of the melted chocolate along with your order number in your communication to hello@funguy.com.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days.

    Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

    Ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
